Our highly educated support team will help you to through the life insurance application process while you focus your efforts on finding new clients.
With PWS’s unique product approach, a PWS agent can make up to 3 or 4 times more commission in a single policy
PWS only deal with HNWI.
PWS may be the first one in the Chinese community promoting PF model.
All members of our support team are from prestigious universities with professional working experience.
We do not do security business. We do not require our agent to have a security license.
We are one of the first teams from main stream insurance brokerage firm to serve Chinese community.
Duties and responsibilities
Responding to quote requests in adherence with company process.
Maximize opportunities afforded by PWS’s new global and local clients.
Prospecting for new clients through such avenues as: telemarketing, referrals, social networking, cross-selling current clients, mortgage & auto broker relationships.
Identify and qualify potential prospects generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, telephone, referrals, and other lead sources.
Analytical skills and knowledge base to consult with customers on insurance products.
Develop insurance quotes, makes presentations based on a real understanding of clients' needs.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Professional Groups, etc.

Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to the Production
Coordinator to agreed standards.
Identify prospects and pass leads to PWS where appropriate.
Sell PWS product as a global proposition, as well as a local solution.
Bi-lingual in Mandarin and English (Highly Preferred).
Must have a good understanding and strong experience of insurance, including: coverage, rating, terminology and technical procedures.
Must be sales driven, “people person” who likes to establish new relationships while learning communication strategies and sales methods.
A highly creative individual who should be able to make quick decisions and have good judgment skills to meet deadlines under high pressure.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong selling, communication, negotiation and networking skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement.
Minimum 1-2 years’ demonstrable sales success (Life Insurance related experience is a plus).
Licensed in California Life and Health (Or ability to get licensed).
General higher education or sales-training and qualifications.
Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.
Motivated self-starter who works well independently.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required.

This is an independent sales position, so there is a lot of flexibility and there are no buy-ins or quotas to meet. You set your own hours and earn ongoing commissions for each sale you make. you have the opportunity to earn as much as you desire because our commission & bonus plan is both lucrative and uncapped.
Our outside sales representatives are independent contractors. They are not restricted to any one territory. All sales orientation programs, sales samples and supplies are furnished at no cost to you. You are only responsible for prospecting, generating referrals, demonstrating the product and closing sales.
We may provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support personnel or professional personnel.
This position will report to the Director of Business Development in the company.
